The Surf ‘N Turf™ is the perfect folding fillet knife as well as a great boning knife for big game. It owes its versatility to the slender upturned 5" blade of high-carbon 5Cr13MoV stainless steel at 55-57 Rc. for blade toughness and flexibility. It is high taper ground to perform smooth, accurate slicing, and mirror polished for best stain resistance. Dual grooved thumb studs allow fast ambidextrous opening.

Two stainless steel liners, one locking, and a full-length stainless steel back spacer at the spine provide strength. The spacer is completely smooth at the back for ease of cleaning. The handle scales are hand-shaped black Micarta®. A removable mirror-polished stainless steel pocket/gear clip makes it easy to keep track of your favorite fishing knife .
