This classic Gentleman's Pen Knife from Boker® proves the saying that great things come in small packages. This model has been in Boker's line for a number of years. In 2004, they did a small run exclusively for us with a Damascus blade and gold lip pearl, black pearl and white mother-of-pearl handle scales that was very popular with our customers.

This Trapper features a double lockback mechanism, brown bone handle, stainless steel bolsters and high carbon stainless steel blades.

These traditional knives take us back to the good ol’ times. Fine polished brass bolsters and yellow synthetic handle scales.

The Ripple 2™ is the second collaboration between noted knifemaker and designer Ken Onion and Columbia River Knife & Tool. This knife is noteworthy for its almost unbelievable silky smooth and fast opening action. Even the best conventional blade pivot bearings have some degree of friction which resists initial movement. In contrast, the Ripple™ blade opening action is almost friction-free due to the IKBS ball bearing system.

When I began to plan the Acies, meaning a sharp pointed object, I collected the finest frame-locks in the market place: those of Chris Reeve, H. P. Klotzli, and Bob Dozier. We tore them down and studied the design and engineering that made these knives stand so high above the other frame-lock knives on the market.

This is the sixth in a series of folders made for A. G. Russell™ Knives by Canal Street Cutlery® using White Buffalo Mica Pearl for the handle scales. The previous five knives include a Muskrat, Doctor’s Knife, Half Moon Pie Trapper, Stockman and Cannitler. Mica Pearl is a resin-based material that was developed to be an alternative to Celluloid.

Over the past several years we have offered a pretty wide range of folders from Canal Street® Cutlery. Most have been small to mid-size traditional folders. This latest offer is a large Folding Hunter.

Maserin® was established in 1960. Since that time, the owners, members of the family who founded it, have relied on the tradition of artisan blacksmiths, which made Maniago the "City of Knives."

In 1984, an opportunity presented itself to work with one of the best manufacturers of traditional folders in Seki, Japan. The CM-10 was the first of many folders produced for us by this fine Japanese maker. We have a VERY small quantity of the Collector Grade (serial numbers 301-1000), the Excelsior Grade (serial #26-300) with etched blade and with etched blade and engraved bolsters and the Premier Grade (serial numbers 1-25) with etched blade and special engraved bolsters.

In 1973, I took the Knife Collector's Club™ knife production to Germany. For the CM-3, The Luger Pistol, I dealt with the Baron whose family had owned the Puma Cutlery Company for over 100 years. They agreed to make 3,600 knives. 2,400 were made with a detailed image of the Luger Pistol on an oval inlay and 1,200 with an inlay of the 9mm Luger Cartridge.

For many years, David Yellowhorse has been a popular name found in many collections. We have carried many knives embellished by David, including knives made by BUCK®, Lone Wolf® and Wrangler® Knives.

The Randall Model 1 Fighter was one of the first models produced in the Randall Shop in Orlando. A Model 1, made by Bo Randall, served as the prototype for the Springfield Randall that was manufactured by Northampton Cutlery Company near Springfield, Massachusetts in 1943 and 1944.

Our good friend, commercial hunting guide and knifemaker Russ Kommer has recently teamed up with Browning® to produce a limited edition series of hunting knives representing each of the four Full Curl Sheep. The designs are all Kommer; the manufacture is by Browning. Those knives will begin to deliver in the next few weeks. As a part of that collaboration, Russ is making a limited edition of fifty of his drop point hunter for Browning.
