Basic Information
Each order is charged a standard shipping and handling charge. If items on one order are being shipped to more than one address you will be charged the standard shipping and handling charge for each additional address. (See below)

Rush delivery options are available on most items at an additional cost. (48 States Only) (See below)

Backordered Items.
If you are placing your order by fax, mail or Internet you will be notified of backordered items either on the invoice that is included with the items that ship, or a post card will be sent to you. If you need an item within a certain time frame please call our Customer Service Department Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm or between 9:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.)

Oversized Items.
Extra Heavy or oversize products require additional shipping charges. Special shipping charges are indicated on the product page beside the price. These charges are added to the Standard Shipping & Handling rates. These items can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states. (If Rush Delivery Options are available for the item, you will be charged the actual cost to ship that item, please contact us if you use these options. You must approve these Special Shipping Charges before the shipment will be made. Your shipment will be delayed if we do not get a reply.

Standard Shipping & Handling
Standard Shipping - $8.95
Orders that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or the U. S. Territories will be charged an additional $7.00 for a total of $15.95.
We will choose FedEx or USPS based on weight, size and value of the order.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days* for the delivery of your order (Destinations located in the middle of part of the country usually received their order quicker.) Non Rush Orders of IN STOCK items usually ship within 48 hours.

Accelerated service – add $7.00 per address - Total $15.95 - Delivers in 4 to 5 business days*
Expedited service – add $15.00 per address - Total $23.95 - Delivers in 3 to 4 business days*
Express service - $30.00 per address - Total $38.95 - Delivers in 1 to 2 days business days*
If your order requires more than one box, you will be accessed a Rush delivery charge on each box, but only 1 Standard shipping & Handling charge.

Orders for in stock items, received by 12 Noon Central Time will ship the same business day*. Orders received after 12 Noon Central Time on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following business day*.

Basic Information
You ship at your own risk, if the order is confiscated by customs, we do not reimburse your purchase. Make sure the item you are purchasing is legal in your country. We do not pay any brokerage or custom fees or duties.

Payment
All payments must be in U.S. funds, collectible at a U. S. Bank. We will return any foreign checks. International money orders are acceptable provided they are in U.S. Dollars.

First time customers
First time International Customers placing orders for over $250.00 must establish a payment history by using a Money Order in U. S. Dollars. Once you have established a history we can accept Visa or MasterCard as the form of payment.

International Shipping charges are at actual costs. Charges are based upon weight. We will pack your order and determine the charge. If the shipping charge is over $50.00 you will be contacted via email for approval of the charge. If you would like to be contacted before any amount is charge please indicated that when placing the order.

We ship by the carrier of our choice. We try to ship the most inexpensive way possible. If FedEx, Postal Service or UPS are not available in your area, you must tell us when you place each order. International shipments take 48 to 72 hours to process. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday or U. S. Holidays.
