Our Shopmade® program makes maximum use of our assets. Our knowledge of who can do the best job of waterjet cutting, heat treat, wire electro-discharge machining, and rough grind all allows the greatest productivity from our rarest asset, the time of our expert knifemaker(s). When our shop has done the finish blade grind by hand, put the handles in place, shaped them and sharpened the blade and the knife has gone through our quality control, then we can be sure that you have the very best knife we can provide you for the money you are spending with us.

This is a knife I designed in 2000 for the caping of big-game, only 100 of them were made originally (using Stellite for the blades). I thought more of you would be interested in this handy little knife so we have created a second version with 154CM at the optimum heat-treat resulting in 59-61 Rc. The blade is a 3-1/16" caping blade with a full tang, finished with well matched India Stag handle scales and stainless pins. Measures 6" overall and weighs 2.8 oz. Produced in our shop in Rogers, Arkansas, this is a neat little personal knife for doing delicate work around the face and head of your treasured trophy. Includes a handmade leather sheath.
