In addition to a special limited edition knife each month to commemorate their 140th year in the knife business, Böker® is creating some very short runs of traditional folders with a special 140th Anniversary inlay. Many of these knives are making use of existing parts and materials, some of which remain from regular production from years ago. Some of these materials have not been seen on Böker knives in many years.

In the case of this single blade trapper, it is the 3-1/4" clip point blade, with an old style Tree Brand etch, that is historical. The blade steel is C 75 carbon steel at 55-58 Rc. The handle scales are bone, a very traditional material, but the jigging pattern is their very current Washboard pattern which is created by CNC instead of by the old methods of hand or machine jigging. A special 140th anniversary old style tree brand shield, nickel silver bolsters and brass liners complete the knife. Measures 4-1/8" closed and weighs 2.7 oz. Made in Germany.
