Böker's® little Gentleman's Lockback has been produced in many variations, most commonly with stag handle scales. One of the first folders introduced with a titanium handle, this little folder was also one of the first to be offered with a ceramic blade. Recently, Boker has offered the knife with different kinds of wood for handle scales beginning with Bog Oak and a Damascus blade which we first offered in 2004. The handle scales on this latest version are Grenadill Wood, commonly known as African Blackwood. This is the wood used to produce woodwind instruments like the clarinet and oboe. The 2" drop point blade is German stainless at 55-57 Rc. The bolsters and inlay are nickel silver and the liners are brass. Measures 2-1/2" closed and weighs only 1.3 oz. Made in Germany.
