Over the last few years, we have offered several exclusive models from Canal Street Cutlery® with different handle materials, both natural and manmade. This is the first time we have offered a Canal Street knife with Mother-of-Pearl handle scales. It is gorgeous, premium pearl. We have chosen Canal Street's Cannitler, a medium sized Canoe, configured as a Whittler. This unusual slip joint folder has a 2-3/4" Spear point main blade, with a 1-3/4" cut-off pen blade and a 1-1/2" sheepfoot blade at the other end, all of D2 stainless at 59-61 Rc. The bolsters are engraved nickel silver; the liners and coined Canal Street shield are brass. Measures 3-5/8" closed and weighs 3.2 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Each knife is serial numbered (sorry no choice of serial number) and ships with a certificate of manufacture with year of completion.
