Folding Hunter with Mule Deer Antler

This is the fourth in Canal Street Cutlery's 2011 North American Trophy Series representing North American Trophy animals. The series consists of five knives, four folders and one fixed blade. These include the Whitetail and the Elk offered in the October 4th brochure, the Ram in the October 26th brochure, and next month's Moose. This fourth offering is the Mule Deer. Each model is a classic pattern and features handle scales from the antler of the trophy animal for which the knife is named.

For this fourth knife, Canal Street has chosen their very popular folding hunter pattern. It features a large 4-1/8" clip point blade of 440C stainless steel at 56-58 Rc. The handles are mule deer antler over stainless steel liners, with nickel silver bolsters and a brass CS round shield. It features a liner style lock. Measures 5-1/4" closed and weighs 5.8 oz. Ships with a brown leather belt sheath. Each knife is produced in the factory in Ellenville, NY, U.S.A. Suggested retail is $185.00.
