North American Trophy Series

Over the next few months, Canal Street will be releasing a series of five knives, four folders and one fixed blade, representing North American Trophy animals. These will include the white tail deer, elk, ram, mule deer and moose. Each piece will be a classic pattern and will feature handle scales from the horn or antler of the animal. Each knife is produced in Canal Street's factory in Ellenville, NY, U.S.A.

Canal Street Cutlery® Pinch Lockback with White Tail Antler

The Pinch Lockback is so named, according to Wally Gardiner of Canal Street Cutlery, because it's a good knife to have in a pinch. It has a 3" clip point blade of D2 at 58-60 Rc. with a fine satin finish. Handles are American White Tail antler over stainless steel liners, with nickel silver bolsters and a brass CS round shield. Measures 3-3/4" closed and weighs approximately 2.2 oz. Suggested retail is $125.00.
