CRKT® Hitchcock Hole In One™

Tom Hitchcock, an industrial engineer from Talent, OR, began the design of the Hole In One with the perimeter frame, which is a single piece of 420J2 stainless steel, formed to fit the hand. He thoughtfully split the frame with swells at the top, bottom and butt to add more comfort without adding weight.

Mcusta® Kaeru

In Japan, symbols are a large part of the culture. This latest selection from Mcusta's series of Limited Edition knives based in Japanese symbology features the Kaeru (frog) and lily pads. In Japanese, the word Kaeru (frog) also means, "to return". The frog is seen as a symbol of good fortune. To ensure a safe return from their journey, travelers often carry something with the image of a frog.

A.G. Russell™ Solingen Swing Guard

I have a thing for knives made in the German city of Solingen (pronounced ZOh-ling-an). That city made swords for over 600 years, but now have green laws that forbid running the huge power hammers necessary for that type of forging. Those huge hammers built the city. Their cutlery industry is all but gone,

This five-in-one Carabineer tool features a sturdy 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum frame in black and a 3-1/4" blade made from AUS-6 stainless steel at 57-59 Rc.

Kershaw® E.T. Toggle Lock

The E.T. (External Toggle) opens and closes by manipulating the handle which is jointed at about 5 points. They call it a toggle lock. No spring involved. Do be careful learning to open and close it. It has a needle point and is razor sharp. I have the scar to prove it. A lock at the bottom of the handle locks the knife in the closed position. Includes a built in carabiner for hanging on your clothing or gear.

A.G. Russell™ Knife Collectors Club Knives

For over thirty-five years, the Knife Collectors Club™ has provided rare and/or unusual knives to people who like fine knives. The very first was the Kentucky Rifle, sold to members for $12 each. It is still on of the finest knives that Schrade ever made, and even though 12,000 were made, the knife sells for $135.00 from collectors and dealers lucky enough to have any to sell. The club has produced many fine knives, all of which have gained in value.

The A.G. Russell One Hand Knife has been our best selling knife since the first ones were shipped in 1988. Böker® Leo Damascus II

In 2005 Böker® offered a "Folding Hunter" with a blade of Damascus made from the barrel of the famous "Leopard I", the German battle tank. The steel, developed to resist the wear of many rounds going through the barrel in a very short time, brings great benefit to knife users. Plenty of strength and first class edge holding.

A.G. Russell™ Knife Collectors Club Knives

This 1990 Knife Collectors Club offering, is a unique knife in several ways. Probably the most unusual thing about it is the way the large blade unlocks. In 1988 or 1989, I was shown an old knife which made use of this locking system and I was immediately intrigued. There are very few two bladed knives with a locking blade.

A.G. Russell™ Funny Folder

This design is over 50 years old. I first saw it that long ago as an advertising knife from the Ford Motor Company. With modern technology and materials, these are great little knives.

Van Hoy R.S.L. Snap Lock

This remarkable knife was inspired by a knife designed by Blackie Collins in the 1960s or early in the 70s which was very much a two handed knife. Ed Van Hoy has added a remarkable opening and closing device that turns this one into a "One Hand Knife." He has also totally redesigned the blade to bring it into the 21st Century. At the 2002 Knifemaker's Guild show, we selected Ed's handmade knife to receive our "Most Innovative Folder" award.
