The handle materials are the ever more rare Black Lip Pearl and very special white Mother-of-Pearl. In mid-2006, Queen discovered a little over 100 of these knives in their vault. Naturally, we snapped them up for our customers who preferred the old-fashioned 420HC stainless blades to the D2 that Queen has changed to. They went very quickly. We went back to Queen and made a deal with them to keep producing these knives for our customers.
