Tony Bose has interpreted a very old pattern called the "Arkansas Hunter". A large folding hunter made as both a slipjoint and a lockback before the 1930s. This design, made by the W. R. The Hobo is a really old design. It actually began as an eating knife and a spike for lifting morsels, sheathed with a larger knife. The next step was to put a fork and a knife in a folder.
