They are practical, purpose driven designs created by some of the most innovative Knifemakers' Guild members and creative designers. The result is that the finest knife designs are now available to you for daily use at an affordable price.

CRKT Carson M4

So finally, here is the production CRKT M4 that you can afford to carry every day, anywhere. And while is was being engineered, CRKT decided to add some more value by offering the patented OutBurst™ assisted opening as an option, and the patented AutoLAWKS™ which automatically actuates when the folder is opened and locked, creating a virtual fixed blade instantly for the ultimate in safety.

CRKT Hissatsu Folder

The Hissatsu folder was designed at the request of customers who wanted a folder with the defensive power of the original Hissatsu, but could be concealed in a pocket or clipped comfortably under a jacket. It is meant to perform in environments that do not allow firearms or large fixed blade knives.

CRKT Tiny Tighe Breaker

The Tiny Tighe Breaker is available with CRKT's patented OutBurst™ assisted opening mechanism, which instantly springs the blade fully open after you have manually opened the blade approximately 30 degrees. To maximize safety, CRKT built in the patented AutoLAWKS™ that automatically actuates when the folder is opened and locked, creating a virtual fixed blade.

CRKT Triumph Folder With Camo Blades

Based on the Triumph custom models made by Pat Crawford, the production Triumph Folder is a large and formidable tactical knife designed for grip, with double finger choils, thumb friction grooves and deeply grooved G10 scales. The 420J2 stainless steel liners, one locking, are a hefty 0.1" thick.

CRKT® The Guppie™

The Guppie's™ adjustable wrench jaw opens to 1/2", making it a handy tool for light assembly and repair, and a very useful emergency tool in the home, office, or outdoors.

CRKT H.U.G & H.U.G. 2

How do you follow one of the most successful designs in modern knife history? With a H.U.G.

Columbia River Knife & Tool has done just that with Halligan's Ultimate Gadget. It is virtually as small, simple and lightweight as the original K.I.S.S.®, but so much more sophisticated and versatile.

CRKT® H.U.G.™ and H.U.G.™ 2

In 2007, CRKT® followed one of the most successful designs, the K.I.S.S.® in modern knife history with the H.U.G.™. For 2008, they have made a tactical version with black non-reflective titanium nitride coating.

CRKT® Ashworth Turtle™

CRKT® liked the concept of the pendant/money clip knife and worked with Boyd to create a production Ashworth Turtle™ series. This is a useful knife suited to hundreds of daily tasks from clipping recipes to opening packages or sharpening pencils.

CRKT® Slip K.I.S.S.®

This Ed Halligan design is an answer to requests for changes in the very popular CRKT® K.I.S.S.® knives. The result, the Slip K.I.S.S.® is the lightest full-size K.I.S.S. knife yet.

CRKT® Drifter

The Drifter G10 is a locking liner folder with black G10 scales and a premium 2-7/8" 8Cr14MoV stainless steel drop point blade at 58-59 Rc. in a gray titanium nitride finish.

CRKT Pazoda™ and Pazoda™ 2

The Pazoda™ is a stylish frame-lock folder with a 2-5/8" premium 8Cr14MoV blade at 58-59 Rc., gray titanium nitride coated.

CRKT® Veff M.U.K.™

Because Tom knows knives from his life as a meat cutter, professional knife sharpener, and designer of knives and Columbia River Knife & Tool® (CRKT®) exclusive Veff™ Serrations, he designed one of the most carefully thought-out fixed blades we have ever produced, even though it also has the lowest price of any knife in our catalog. He calls it the Marine Utility Knife (M.U.K.™).

CRKT M-18 Small

Here they are working with a premium blade steel, AUS-8 at 57-59 Rc., and 6061 T-6 Aircraft Alloy handles with a Titanium Gray Anodized finish.

CRKT Koji Hara Ichi™

CRKT® has applied Koji's remarkable design sense to a small personal folder incorporating their patented Outburst™ assisted opening mechanism. The result is a small knife that gives good grip, fits the hand nicely, and is truly functional for a variety of work tasks. They call their first Koji series Ichi™, Japanese for "one".

CRKT Ultima - black Veff Serrations

After 4,000 years of scientific progress, the only thing the Ultima shares with its bronze ancestors is its role in the mission."

CRKT® L'il Guppie™

While the CRKT® L'il Guppie™ is much smaller than the full-size Guppie, it is a surprisingly useful tool.

CRKT® Gallagher Badger®

As you know, Barry Gallagher is one of the most acclaimed members of the Knifemakers' Guild, well known for his award-winning high-end custom art knives. So CRKT® had a special challenge in producing Barry's Badger design at a quality level that would satisfy him, while keeping the price low enough to satisfy you.

CRKT® Lake Sentinel

Custom knives are often set apart by the exotic materials used. It is no surprise that custom knifemaker Ron Lake was persistent in his desire that Columbia River Knife & Tool® use those same materials in the Sentinel.

Lake Thunderbolt™ and Tunderbolt™ 2

Study aircraft history, and you find the name Thunderbolt connected both to the P-47 fighter and A-10 fighter-bomber. They are both invariably described as "large, rugged, dependable." Those words also fit Ron Lake's new locking liner design for the Columbia River Knife & Tool® (CRKT®) Thunderbolt™.

CRKT® Lake 111™

Ron Lake's latest breakthrough is the new Lake 111™ by CRKT®.

CRKT Laredo™

The Lake Laredo is an affordable knife with a Western flair. CRKT has worked hard to incorporate all of the design elements present in the prototype presented by Ron Lake and to keep the price affordable for any knife lover.

CRKT® Kommer Fulcrum™

When you think you have seen every way possible to open a folding knife, Columbia River seems to find a new one. The Kommer Fulcrum™ is such a folder.

CRKT® Gallagher Glide Lock™

The sleek, natural look of Barry Gallagher's Glide Lock from Columbia River Knife & Tool® depends on two very modern technologies.

CRKT Lumabiner

From the manufacturer

CRKT's new patented* Lumabiner™ is another unique carabiner tool designed by Launce Barber and Tom Stokes. It is a folding knife, LED flashlight and carry carabiner available in a variety of cool metallic colors.

CRKT Get-A-Way Driver

When you first look at the Get-A-Way Driver you may ask "Why?" Once you have carried it for a few days, you will wonder how in the world you ever got along without it. This is a compact screwdriver that functions vertically or you can change the position of the bit to create an angle driver.

CRKT® Zilla-Tool™ Jr.

The Zilla-Tool™ Jr. is a response to requests for a smaller, lighter version of the full-size Zilla-Tool™. CRKT® calls it the little monster. It is approximately 80% the size of the original Zilla tool, with a handle that is 5-1/4" long, and a weight of only 3.8 ounces. These dimensions make the Zilla-Tool Jr. handy to carry in pocket or on the belt. The tool is still large enough to handle real work tasks.

CRKT M1613 Special Forces combo edge

These knives share a unique design offering a combination of Carson M16 Series features requested by military procurement specialists. The dual grind Tanto blades were specified because they offer maximum strength. The open build allows two Carson Flippers to be incorporated, resulting in a true hilt - very rare in folding knives.

CRKT® Scarab™

In Ancient Egypt, the scarab beetle represented resurrection and renewal, and was depicted in art and jewelry as a talisman of good fortune. Allen Elishewitz is an acclaimed young Canyon Lake, Texas, knifemaker who offers a surprising range of custom knives, many with Egyptian-themed names. CRKT set out to translate Allen's custom into a slightly smaller, personal-size folder for carry convenience, and along the way, incorporated the patented features that have made CRKT folders so popular, including OutBurst™ assisted opening which instantly springs the blade fully open after you have opened the blade approximately 30 degrees and the LAWKS® safety which effectively converts your folder into a virtual fixed blade when actuated. Just slide the lever forward to lock, and slide it back to enable easy one-hand closing.

CRKT® Horus™

Horus is familiar to Egyptologists as the hawk-headed god, lord of the sky. As Canyon Lake, Texas, knifemaker Allen Elishewitz developed this design for Columbia River Knife & Tool® (CRKT®), similar in many ways to his larger custom Creedmore, we saw an aggressive hawk-like character in its crisp edges, facets and choils, hence the Horus™ name. It reminds us of an F-111 stealth fighter, too.

CRKT® Graham Razel™ Series

When Jon and Josh Graham of Graham Knives in Cleveland, Tennessee, developed their custom Graham Razel™ in 2001, most knife blades came to a single point. Not the Razel. It's a cross between a chisel and a razor with a knife handle. The result gives two useful Razor-Sharp™ edges, one for pushing or tapping, and the other for precise cutting. You also get two strong blade points. The Graham brothers have been very successful with their custom versions in a variety of sizes and styles.

CRKT M21 Special Forces Combo

After the success of CRKT's M16 Special Forces series, they received requests from professional knife users in the military and law enforcement for the larger "Big Dog" size with a more versatile blade shape. CRKT talked to the designer of the series, retired Sergeant Major and Knifemakers' Guild member Kit Carson, and the M21™ special forces series is the result.

CRKT Special Forces Desert G10

All knives in this series are equipped with clip options that allow four-position carry on belts or webbing--tip up, tip down, left or right. (Caution: These knives are not designed for tip-up in-pocket carry.)

CRKT® Kommer 30-30

You will be blown away by the quality and finish of the new Kommer 30-30 folding hunters. Designed by knifemaker and former Alaskan guide Russ Kommer, these production knives have that special look and slick action of a Kommer custom. They are built of quality materials and finished by hand.

CRKT K.I.S.S. Two-Timer

Columbia River Knife & Tool's® original K.I.S.S.® has been one of the most popular knives ever sold in our catalog. For 2007, CRKT has taken that K.I.S.S.® to a new level. Ed Van Hoy, designer of the Snap Fire, and Ed Halligan, designer of the original K.I.S.S.®, have worked together to develop the Two-Timer. The most obvious change is the second blade.

CRKT Van Hoy On Fire

Award-winning custom knifemakers and Knifemakers' Guild member Ed Van Hoy has designed a number of hot sellers for Columbia River Knife & Tool (CRKT), but this one is On Fire. No really, that's its name, On Fire™, and it has all the right equipment to be a very popular personal knives.

CRKT Ringer - The Little Knife That Can!

In my search for the lightest knife that could really be practical, I arrived at what we are calling the Ringer. There's not much to these skeletonized designs, most of the steel is cut away to save weight and make the knives easy to control. About all that's left is the cutting power and utility.

CRKT Pharaoh

Those of you who are familiar with Allen Elishewitz's web site of exquisite custom knives will know that the new production CRKT Pharaoh is very different from Allen's custom Pharaoh. Sorry for any confusion, but this is a unique design that incorporates many of Allen's themes well deserving of the title "king." You will look very hard to find a production knife in this price class that is anything like the Pharaoh, so it does stand a bit larger than life.

CRKT MercHARNESS

George Matheis, known professionally as Mercop, is one of those big, burly cops who command your respect instantly. As a certified weapons instructor at the state and federal level, he is a fan of inverted fixed-blade carry in Kydex® or Zytel® detented sheaths for emergency self-defense. But most harnesses are complex, bulky and uncomfortable. Neck chains require a tie-down to position the knife.

CRKT ®M16® E.R.

CRKT® has developed a line of knives specifically for emergency rescue and based them on CRKT® production models.

CRKT Kommer Collection

Russ Kommer keeps coming up with ideas for high-value knives and tools that every hunter needs. CRKT calls this growing group of products The Kommer Collection. It includes a high-hollow ground skinner, a utility hunting knife and a unique chisel/sharpener.

CRKT Hammond A.B.C. E.R.

CRKT has developed a line of knives specifically for emergency rescue and are based on CRKT production models. The Hammond A.B.C. E.R. is a Jim Hammond design whose name stands for "All Bases Covered." The blunt-tipped A.B.C. E.R. is designed to fill all the needs of the scuba diver and whitewater enthusiast in a single knife. The bottom hollow ground Razor-Sharp edge is suited to fine cutting tasks.

CRKT Bear Claw E.R.

Designed for Quality, Visibility and Affordability. CRKT has developed a line of knives specifically for emergency rescue. The knives are based on CRKT production models with brushed blade finished for tip corrosion resistance in wet environments and handle scales that are a highly visible orange Zytel®.

CRKT E.R. Models

The MAK-1™ (Multiple Access Knife) and Extrik-8-R™ (Seat Belt Cutter and Multi-Tool) were created by James McGowan, who is a professional firefighter in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Due to his career in one of Canada's busiest fire halls and his passion for the outdoors, he started making "hard-working knives" and joined the Canadian Knifemakers' Guild in 1998.

CRKT Crawford Triumph N.E.C.K.

Both Triumph N.E.C.K.™ models are based on the same 1/8" thick blade of 3Cr13 stainless steel at 54-56 Rc. It is a full-tang skeletonized design, with a recurved grind on a 2-3/4" Tanto blade to aid cutting and a false top edge grind for penetrating. Overall length is 6-1/2".

CRKT C/K Dragon

Bob Kasper, the late writer and combat instructor, designed the basic outline of the C/K Dragon after ten years of study into the principles of extreme in-close fighting developed by Dr. Gordon Eric Perrigard over fifty years ago. These techniques use automatic conditioned reflexes with minimal body movement. The knife is considered as part of the hand.

CRKT Anubis

Allen Elishewitz is an acclaimed young Canyon Lake, Texas, knifemaker who offers a surprising range of custom knives, many with Egyptian-themed names. CRKT asked Allen to design a production version of his Anubis™ (the jackal-headed god of the underworld, according to ancient Egyptian mythology).

CRKT Mini My Tighe

The Mini My Tighe is a smaller version of the My Tighe which CRKT introduced in 2006.

The 3" blade is 1.4116 stainless at 55-57 Rc. with a high satin finish. In 2007, you will find a new style of serration on many CRKT knives. This is their exclusive Veff™ Serration designed by Tom Veff.

CRKT Kommer Signature Hunters

As a guide, and as an Alaskan, Russ Kommer is a no-nonsense guy who designs simple, functional knives. He uses his knives on every trip he guides, and the faster he can skin and dress the game, the more hunting time his party can get in. It's that simple. That Kommer knives are also graceful and well balanced is almost incidental. After Russ makes a new knife, he takes it on the next hunting trip he guides and uses it on the heavy skinning of Alaskan moose, caribou and bear. If it works right, feels right and holds its edge, Russ has another design in his book. If it doesn't, he takes it to his workshop and destroys it.

CRKT Koji Hara Ichi

Koji Hara is noted for his custom folders in exotic materials, and is especially known for his carving of the handle material into a classic terraced landscape that he calls his "Air-Step" design. In 2000, we included two fixed blade knives with Koji's Air-Step design in the A. G. Russell catalog of knives. Those were the first made in quantity for the American market.

CRKT Side Hawg™

This is definitely not your usual small utility knife. But it is not different just for the sake of being different. Mike Franklin has carefully thought this system out, resulting in a useful outdoor tool that is also a great value.

CRKT M16 FDZ

"The M16® Fire Department Zytel® models are designed to meet the special requirements of those in fire fighting. For strength, we use our rigid InterFrame build with 420J2 stainless steel liners. Scales are injection-molded Fire Engine Red Zytel, which is a tough, strong composite of fiberglass and nylon designed to handle the worst abuse. The scales are textured for good grip in wet conditions.

CRKT M21 Special Forces

From the Manufacturer:

"After the success of our M16 Special Forces series, we received requests from professional knife users in the military and law enforcement for the larger "Big Dog" size with a more versatile blade shape. We talked to the designer of the series, retired Sergeant Major and Knifemakers' Guild member Kit Carson, and M21 SF is the result.

CRKT Carson M16-Z EDC

From the Manufacturer:

"Kit Carson's M16® designs continue to be our most popular series, so it was only a matter of time that we filled out the line with a Zytel® InterFrame build version of his Every Day Carry (EDC). Our knife users told us, "The size of the aluminum build EDC is perfect, but I need a more affordable work knife that I can give hard use without feeling guilty, and one that won't break me up if I leave it on a job site or drop it in the river."

CRKT B.U.L.L

From the Manufacturer:

"In the beginning, just over a decade ago, CRKT made its name by offering a series of quality locking liner folders at remarkably competitive prices. We became known in the knife industry as the "value company," a distinction we are still proud to hold even though our line has expanded to include sophisticated high-dollar knives. Our approach has always been: never cut corners, just give a whole lot of knife for the money.

CRKT Edgie

CRKT calls it the Edgie because the edge is honed every time it is opened or closed.

CRKT® Hissatsu

James Williams, the designer of the Hissatsu, is a former army officer and martial artist and current owner of Bugei Trading Company, a source of high quality Samurai swords.

CRKT Ultima™

"Today's tactical fixed blade knives still resemble the first Bronze Age daggers of 4000 years ago, especially in their handle design. Michael Martinez, inventor of the Merlin® knife deployment system, didn't start out to redesign the fixed blade, but he explains, "We tested over 400 knives with the Merlin system, and I kept noticing how many knives, even expensive ones, didn't feel right, didn't have a grip that gave both control and comfort in the four fundamental tactical grips.

CRKT My Tighe

Canadian knifemaker Brian Tighe is a true Renaissance Man, with an array of professional skills including tool and die making, metallurgy, engraving and photography. In his St. Catharines, Ontario, workshop, he produces a wide array of custom folders, all with those signature touches that immediately make them stand out as Brian Tighe knives

CRKT Kommer Full Throttle

Look through the CRKT catalog, and you will see page after page of successful hunting and fishing knife designs by Knifemakers' Guild® member and Alaskan guide Russ Kommer, whose custom knife shop is now in Fargo, North Dakota. But Russ blew us away with his prototype for the Full Throttle™, which is definitely a rock-solid personal frame-lock folder.

A. G. Russell Sting by CRKT

Since we introduced the Folding Sting in 2004, there have been so many requests to bring back the original that we went searching for a company that could follow the original design at an affordable price. Columbia River was the perfect choice.

CRKT Slide Sharp

The Slide Sharp uses a unique system of injection molded nylon guides to hold the knife edge at the specific angle required for optimum sharpening. A hardwood base holds a porcelain sharpening rod. Simply insert the rod in the base, slide a return spring over it, select the sharpening guide needed for your knife, and add the cap. Then pull your blade through the sharpening guide slot pressing down lightly. The return spring pops the guide up again for the next stroke. Repeat the same action as needed in the opposite slot, sharpening both sides of the blade equally, or as needed.

CRKT M60 Special Operations Tactical Fixed Blade - SOTFB

Designed by military consultants, these two extreme duty Special Operations Tactical Fixed Blades (SOTFB) are built to withstand the hardest possible duty in combat. The knives themselves are built like rocks, by far the heftiest full tang fixed blades CRKT has ever offered. Military experts said they wanted the knife available with two blade shapes, and with a completely versatile sheath system to meet the preferences of different special forces units.

CRKT M16-14 Zytel

From the manufacturer:

When we considered offering Kit Carson's very popular aluminum M16® design in a more affordable build, we turned to our very successful InterFrame construction. Instead of aluminum handles, we use tough, textured Zytel® scales over a 420J2 stainless steel liner inter-frame.

CRKT Desert Cruiser

Jim Hammond is highly regarded in Special Ops circles worldwide for both his tactical fixed blades and folding knives. So tactical operations were paramount when he designed his new Desert Cruiser.

CRKT® Hammond Cascade Lockback

CRKT® has translated Jim Hammond's custom design into possibly the most comfortable, useful and affordable lockback possible. The 3-1/2" blade is a Hammond modified clip point, hollow ground from AUS-6M stainless steel at 55-57 Rc. with a bead blast finish. For maximum comfort, safety and hold, the handle consists of a rigid, injection molded high-impact polycarbonate frame with a soft, comfortable diamond patterned injection molded Kraton grip.

CRKT Kommer Signature Hunters

After Russ Kommer makes a new knife, he takes it on the next hunting trip he guides and uses it on the heavy skinning of Alaskan moose, caribou and bear. If it works right, feels right, and holds its edge, Russ has another design in his book. If it doesn't, he takes it to his workshop and destroys it. Our new Signature Hunters started as Kommer customs and survived his field test. That's good enough for us at Columbia River Knife & Tool (CRKT).

CRKT Iraqi Freedom Kit Carson Model 16

The Kit Carson designed M16 knives from CRKT keep showing new faces. Three of them appear in desert dress as "Operation Iraqi Freedom" tactical folders. All blades are marked "Operation Iraqi Freedom".

CRKT E-Lock

Columbia River is excited to introduce their first group of production folders designed by noted Texas custom knifemaker and Knifemakers' Guild member Allen Elishewitz. CRKT M16 Special Forces

Special knives from CRKT for professional use. Designed with military special forces in mind, the M16-SFs are "folding fixed blades" with a true hilt.

CRKT Carson Desert Tactical Folders

The service men and women of the coalition forces in the Middle East and Afghanistan require cutting tools that can stand up to the harsh demands of the desert. The Carson Desert Tactical Folders have been developed specifically to blend into the desert environment.

CRKT Hammond A.B.C. Aqua Blunt Dive Blade

Jim Hammond has All Bases Covered with this knife/sheath system. It's the ultimate dive and whitewater knife, with two sets of scales included.

CRKT Hammond A.B.C. Operators' Model

One good idea often leads to another. As custom knifemaker Jim Hammond was designing his A.B.C. (All Bases Covered) diving and whitewater knife/sheath system, it suddenly became obvious that the system had all the qualities to make an excellent dry land fixed blade: strength, a flat profile, carry versatility, corrosion resistance, and a low reflectance black finish.

CRKT Carson M21

When a series like Kit Carson's aluminum handled line has been so successful, it is bound to spark calls for variations. In this case, the request was for a spear point blade similar to Kit's M18 design. As soon as they saw the first sketches, Columbia River knew they should offer it in two sizes similar to the "Little Bulldog" and "Big Dog".

CRKT E-Lock Starlight

Imagine the knife of the future: lightweight build, premium materials, a soft gray finish, CNC machined surfaces, a high tech lock, smooth one-hand action. Welcome to the future, because our new Elishewitz Starlight is a functional precision tool for today that would look at home in any starship.

Van Hoy R.S.L. Snap Lock

This remarkable knife was inspired by a knife designed by Blackie Collins in the 1960s or early in the 70s which was very much a two handed knife. Ed Van Hoy has added a remarkable opening and closing device that turns this one into a "One Hand Knife." He has also totally redesigned the blade to bring it into the 21st Century. At the 2002 Knifemaker's Guild show, we selected Ed's handmade knife to receive our "Most Innovative Folder" award.

CRKT Convergence

The CRKT Convergence was designed by award winning custom knifemaker Aaron Frederick and introduced in 2004. The locking mechanism is unusual enough that CRKT finally gave up on producing it. After removing the knife from their line, CRKT offered the remaining stock to A. G. Russell Knives. A wonderful opportunity for our customers.

CRKT M16

Kit Carson has designed the M16 for function. Handle one and you will immediately know what that means. Notice the wide blade design for difficult tasks, the sure-grip contoured handle of 6061T6 Hard Anodized Aluminum, for a comfortable grip with or without work gloves and the Stainless Steel locking liner with friction grooves, for positive locking with limited access for superior safety.

CRKT K.I.S.S. (Keep It Super Simple)

This extraordinary design comes from Knifemakers' Guild member Ed Halligan. It is a complete knife with only half a handle, no liner just a split handle.

CRKT Delilah's P.E.C.K.

After the tremendous success of the K.I.S.S. knife, CRKT surpassed themselves with their Delilah's P.E.C.K. It is significantly smaller, measuring only 2-5/8" when closed and weighing only 0.9 oz. Makes an ideal key chain knife or a simple, unobtrusive pocketknife.

CRKT Kasper Tactical Folders

By now the Columbia River Knife and Tool Company needs no introduction, they get the very best work out of Taiwan and are able to sell their knives at VERY realistic prices.

CRKT 14K Summit Series

Columbia River's 14k Summit series utilizes their powerful InterFrame locking liner construction. Combined with the "skeletonized" scales of nickel chrome plated zinc alloy, this open construction makes it easy to clean your knife and reduces weight.

CRKT M16

Handmade knifemaker Kit Carson designed the M16 for CRKT and these knives have been a great success. Kit designed the M16 for function, get one in your hand and learn what he had in mind.

CRKT Carson M16 Titanium

Production versions of Kit Carson's titanium build M16s are now available from CRKT. Kit Carson, designer of the M16 Series, became famous for his custom titanium frame M16s.

CRKT M16 Compact EDC

All the zip, oh wow, and features of Kit Carson's Big Dog M16s in a Compact Every Day Carry. After the incredible success of Kit Carson's original aluminum M16 Series, CRKT began to get comments like this, "I love my M16 Big Dog, but I wish I had a bit more compact size that I could carry every day, both on the job and at leisure." These requests reached the point that Columbia River could not ignore them, so here they are: the M16 Compact EDC (Every Day Carry).

CRKT Lake Signature

This knife is Ron Lake's first knife designed around the liner-lock which was invented by his friend Michael Walker. This knife uses Ron's Interframe patent, putting inlays into the solid metal of each side of the knife. It also has a remarkable version of the Lake-Walker-Knife-Safety (LAWKS) invented jointly by Lake and Walker.

CRKT K.I.S.S. in the Dark

Ed Halligan has more K.I.S.S.es for you. Pucker up. The original series is now available in black Teflon® plating to make it less reflective and create a protective barrier against corrosion. Today's technology allows the blade, frame and clip to receive a special Teflon plating that is tough and long lasting.

CRKT Big Eddy Fillet Knives

When you pickup a Big Eddy Fillet knife, you'll immediately feel its balance and comfort. The unique Twin-Fused handle is a rigid, high-impact polypropylene core wrapped with a soft, comfortable checkered grip for a firm, safe hold.

CRKT Bear Claw

Russ Kommer, an Alaskan maker, designed a knife for his wife to carry in her purse. Every bush pilot, parachutist, and commercial fisherman who saw it wanted one and kept Russ with more work than he could finish. The answer to his problem was a joint venture with Columbia River Knife and Tool. This is a cutting tool that really gets into webbing, rope or netting. The blade comes either razor sharp or in an EMT style, with fully serrated edge and safety tip, just right for cutting away clothing from accident victims or cutting seat belts.

CRKT Kommer Alaska Pro Hunters

Russ Kommer keeps coming up with ideas for high-value knives and tools that every hunter needs. CRKT calls this growing group of products The Kommer Collection. It includes a high-hollow ground skinner, a utility hunting knife and a unique chisel/sharpener.
