About the same size as the CRKT L'il Guppie, the Cicada is a surprisingly useful tool.  CRKT has managed to pack many functions including a 1-3/8" pen blade, small scissors, LED flashlight, and a bottle opener in its small design. 

The 1-3/8" blade of 3Cr13 stainless steel at 52-55 Rc. is handy for many penknife tasks. This tool is not designed for lengthy use, but for those light-duty and emergency tasks one encounters every day. The carry options are varied, including using the carry caddy with a clip for carry on belt, pocket or as a money clip, it can also be carried on a key ring. A measure only 3" long and weighs just 2.0 oz. Suggested retail is $29.99. Made in China
