Made by Fox Knives, one of the top knife manufacturers in Maniago, Italy, the coloring is Exclusive to Brighten Blades. Diane Carver worked closely with some of the best knife manufacturers, designers and quality control teams in the knife industry for more than 20 years. In 2020 Diane took all the knowledge she had acquired over the years and together with her three daughters started their own knife company, Brighten Blades.
A Karambit typically has a curved or hooked blade designed to imitate a tiger's claw, and usually includes a safety ring at the butt. Originally designed as an agriculture tool, it quickly grew in popularity as a self-defense knife. This folding Karambit has a blade made from Elmax stainless steel that has been coated in black Idroglider. Measuring at 2-1/2" in length the blade steel has a hardness of 59-61 Rc. The handles are black carbon fiber scales with either a green or purple finished titanium scale. Both have matching rings at the end of the handle made of anodized aluminum in either purple or green. Liner style lock. Weighs 2.8 oz. Made in Italy.
