A.G. Russell Knives

These two Pro Hunters from Fox Cutlery would make wonderful companion pieces, one is a folder, the other a fixed blade. Either will function capably as a hunting knife or small camp knife. The handle scales are a dense South American wood from the Palisander family that has been shaped and textured using CNC machining to create a texture that functions to give the user increased grip as well as an attractive appearance. The blade steel in both knives is N690Co stainless at 58-60 Rc.

Fox Fixed Blade Pro Hunter

The fixed blade has a 4-3/8" wide drop point blade with swedged back, self guard to keep your fingers off the sharp edge and thumb notches on the back of the blade to enhance control. Fox Folding Pro Hunter

The folder has a 3-3/4" wide drop point blade with swedged back and a thumbstud for easy opening. The blade locks in the open position with a positive liner style lock that is secured with the L.A.W.K.S.® safety system designed by Ron Lake and Michael Walker. Measures 4-7/8" closed and weighs 7.2 oz. The leather sheath has been made to hold the knife either in the open or closed position. Store it as a folder in the snapped leather pouch or while you are using it, simply slide the open blade into the slot on the back of the sheath.
