Johnny Cash has been a legend in American Country Music for several decades. In the early years he was truly a rebel with a unique vocal style that set him apart. As his life progressed, he was recognized not only by his fans, but by industry insiders as a true innovator in the industry. With these two commemorative trappers, W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery pays tribute to the "Man in Black". The trapper with black jigged bone is limited to 2008 production. The version with smooth black delrin is not limited. Each knife is built on the standard Case® 4" trapper with a 3-1/4" clip blade and a 3-1/4" spey blade of Tru-Sharp® Surgical Stainless steel at 55-57 Rc. Each is serial numbered on the obverse side bolster with the serial number set in the Case "Long Tail C" mark. Each has a guitar shaped nickel silver shield, nickel silver bolsters and brass liners and pins and ships in a black Commemorative Box with a Case® Collectible Medallion and a Certificate of Authenticity. Measures 4-1/8" closed and weighs about 3.8 oz. Made in the U.S.A.
