In the early 1980’s, Ethan Becker, an avid outdoorsman, founded Becker Knife and Tool, focusing on the large tactical and survival knives he had always wanted for himself. In the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, Camillus Cutlery, no longer in business, produced some his most popular designs. In late 2008, Ka-Bar began introducing some of those same designs.

The Tac Tool features a 7” flat ground chisel style blade of 1/4” 1095 Cro-Van steel at 56-68 Rc., black coated with a combination edge and a wire cutter on the back. Measures 12-3/8” overall. Grivory handle. Comes complete with a molded hard glass-filled Nylon sheath. Weighs 1 lb 4.4 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Suggested retail $137.50.
