The most famous fixed blade knife in the World - "the KA-BAR" - was designed to serve our troops during World War II and is still doing its job, more than 50 years later. There have been several knock-offs through the years, but the favorite has remained the original KA-BAR. The quality materials used and their classic construction - stacked leather handles, double guards, and pinned on butt caps - are what make these the best all-purpose knives manufactured today.

For 2009, KA-BAR has added a new blade style to their line, a Tanto blade. This full sized knife has a 7" blade of 1095 Cro-Van stainless steel at 56-58 Rc. Overall length is 12". Knife weighs 10.9 oz. Comes with a molded plastic sheath. Knife made in the U.S.A. Suggested retail $90.76.
