The Kershaw® Leek was designed by Ken Onion and makes use of his SpeedSafe® assisted opening system. It has been produced for several years with many different handle materials and is one of the most popular Kershaw models we sell. It is quite understandable that the Leek would be chosen as one of the first models to be built using Kershaw's new method of fitting two disparate steels together to create a blade. The top half of the 3" modified wharncliffe blade is Sandvik 13C26 fused to a cutting edge of CPM-D2 at 58-60 Rc. with a line of copper between the two different steels. A frame lock secures the blade in place and a removable/reversible pocket clip keeps it at the top of the pocket.

The handle is solid 410 stainless with a very fine bead blast finish. Measures 4" closed and weighs 3.1 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Suggested retail is $99.95.
