Kershaw's newest edition to the Shallot model in the Onion series has a CPM-110V stainless steel blade. The Shallot, the largest of the Onion series, is truly a full size knife. As with the other models, it makes use of Kershaw's SpeedSafe assisted ambidextrous opening. The 3-1/2" clip point blade is made of CPM-110V stainless steel in a stone washed finished combo edge. The frame-lock handle is 410 stainless with a reversible/removable pocket clip for your choice of tip-up or tip-down carry. Easy to carry and easy to deploy. Measures 4-3/8" closed and weighs 4.4 oz.
