Anyone who is familiar with Joe's work will know that he enjoys making all kinds of knives, from traditional to tactical. Queen Cutlery has begun to produce a few traditional folders of Joe's choosing. The latest - this small Easy Open Cotton Sampler.

For the 9th in this series, Queen Cutlery President Bob Breton has chosen a Large Dog Leg Whittler, a model I am not sure we have ever offered. This whittler is built on two springs with a tapered center liner, as a whittler should be built.

While I am not sure that we should still call this an annual knife, it is the 8th in Queen Cutlery's President's Choice series which began in 2000. Scheduled as the 2008 President's Choice, it is obviously a bit late, but well worth the wait.

Queen® Cutlery dates back to 1890 and is known for quality knives that continue to be produced using many of the same hand processes used many years ago. Over the years, you have seen their folders on the pages of our catalog, but no Queen fixed blades.

For 2006 and 2007 the president of Queen Cutlery has chosen a matching pair of very small Toothpicks in premium handle material for the annual Queen President's Choice. The handle materials are the ever more rare Black Lip Pearl and very special white Mother-of-Pearl. These knives represent the peak of traditional slipjoint production at the Queen plant so they are marked Schatt & Morgan.

Queen's current President Robert J. Breton has chosen a 3-1/2" Muskrat pattern and added gorgeous mother-of-pearl handle scales. The blade configuration is as a muskrat should be, with Turkish clip blades and a single spring to work both blades.
