A.G. Russell Knives

For the 2011 Texas Ranger Commemorative, I chose to combine elements from several traditional folders, creating a Sub-Hilt Toothpick with a Barong blade. Locking knives were almost entirely unknown in Texas during the 1840s. Remaining true to that fact, this model is a slipjoint.

The 2-3/4" clip point is made of 440A stainless steel at 55-57 Rc. with a Ram's Horn handle.

Columbia River is a company that brings us a large variety of different styled knives. For 2010 they have released a new line of classic style pocketknives. Available in seven of the most commonly requested styles.

At the 2009 S.H.O.T. Show, Bear showed us their newest offers in this Series with Abalone handle scales. They have chosen mostly different models of traditional folders, plus a Baby Bowie pattern and added genuine Abalone scales to the carbon Damascus blades.

For 2006 and 2007 the president of Queen Cutlery has chosen a matching pair of very small Toothpicks in premium handle material for the annual Queen President's Choice. The handle materials are the ever more rare Black Lip Pearl and very special white Mother-of-Pearl. These knives represent the peak of traditional slipjoint production at the Queen plant so they are marked Schatt & Morgan.
