The bone handle scales on this small Four Blade Congress look a little different than what we traditionally expect in jigged bone. Böker® has devised a new jigging pattern that gives the impression of a spiral of bone wrapping around the handle of the knife. The knife itself is a little unexpected as well. The small four blade Congress was very popular in the late 1800s, but had fallen out of favor until the recent resurgence in the popularity of traditional multi-blade knives. The blades are a 2" sheepfoot blade, a 1-1/2" clipped pen and two 1-7/16" pen blades. The simple bolsters and traditional Böker® round shield are nickel silver. Measures 3-3/16" closed and weighs 1.5 oz.
