When you want the convenience of one-hand opening and the safety of open-and-closed-blade locking, then look no farther. When the blade is fully opened, it locks open until you release and close it. When the blade is closed the safety keeps the blade closed for protection and is handle-mounted for convenient one-hand operation. Buck's Catapult incorporates their own LEAP Technology (patent pending). LEAP technology is a lever-activated design using a blade thumb stud to assist blade opening.

The 2-3/4" drop point blade is made from 420HC stainless steel at 57-59 Rc. The molded thermoplastic handle is available in three colors: black, midnight blue and platinum. Measures 4-1/4" closed.
