Limited to 400 Serial Numbered Knives.

The Bowie Hunter is the largest knife ever produced by Canal Street Cutlery. It was designed for CSC by knifemaker D'Alton Holder of Peoria, AZ. This is a very useful integral knife with lots of sweeping curve for the belly; a great skinner and a fine camp knife. The entire knife is cast of the new Sandvik "Super Steel" 19C27 at 60-62 Rc. The 4-7/8" blade is mirror polished and the handle scales are Buffalo horn with a nickel silver CSC shield. Measures 9-3/8" tip to butt and weighs 9.5 oz. Limited to 400 serial numbered knives (sorry no choice of serial number). Includes a sturdy leather sheath. The entire package is made in the United States.
