Canal Street Cutlery is located at 30 Canal Street in Ellenville, NY, an early home of Schrade Cutlery. Ellenville has a long and rich tradition in knife production dating back to the 19th century. Now in their third year of operation, Canal Street Cutlery has a wealth of knife making experience and technical knowledge. Utilizing the skills of nine Master Cutlers and using the finest materials available allows Canal Street to produce some of the highest quality traditional style knives available today.

This two-knife set is limited to 200 and each knife will be sold only as a part of this set. The two knives have matching serial numbers (sorry, no choice of number). The handles are genuine India Stag and the blades are mirror polished 440C at 57-59 Rc. with nickel silver bolsters, stainless steel liners and coined brass shields. The Two Blade Trapper has a 3-3/8" clip point main blade and a 3-1/4" long spey second blade. It measures 4-3/16" closed and weighs 4.4 oz. The Drop Point Hunter has a 3-3/8" drop point blade and measures 7-3/4" tip to butt and weighs 6.6 oz. Hunter includes a leather pouch style sheath. Made in the U. S. A.
