Made in 1979 by Bertram in Solingen, Germany for us during the time that I owned that firm. If you are not familiar with the original Hen & Rooster knives, you will be surprised at the high quality of craftsmanship and materials in these knives. The only thing being made today that will compare is handmade knives being made by the best of the world's handmade knifemakers.

3-1/4" closed all stainless Canoe with nickel silver cartridge inlay. 2-1/4" drop point blade of German forged high carbon stainless steel. Exquisitely made. Serial numbers between 26 and 300, (only 125 of the 175 possible were actually made).
