Forty years ago, I discovered the loss of my Arkansas stone and searched out a maker in Hot Springs. That loss prompted me to offer those stones in space ads in national magazines like the American Rifleman. That began the direct sales business that we call A. G. Russell^™ Knives. Catalogs, color brochures, emails, web-sites, space ads - We use every marketing venue we can find except tele-marketing. For a business begun on a farm house kitchen table with the records kept in a spiral notebook, I think that Goldie and I have a lot about which we can be proud, not least is our wonderful customers.
