While the Moon Pie®, a graham cracker, marshmallow and chocolate cookie created about 1917 in Chattanooga, has become synonymous with the South, particularly the Southeast, Canal Street Cutlery's Moon Pie Trapper is created in New York and will be enjoyed across the entire country. With larger bolsters and caps and a Crimson colored bone with an Aberdeen jigging pattern, it is reminiscent of those days gone by. The 3-3/8" long clip and a 3-3/4"spey blades are satin finished 440C at 58-60 Rc. Nickel silver bolsters and caps, stainless liners, and brass pins and CS shield. Each knife is serial numbered, (sorry, no choice of serial number). Comes wrapped in a jeweler's style pouch in a gift box. Weighs 4.4 oz. Made in the U.S.A.
