The blade steel is laminated with a center core of VG-10 at 59-61 Rc. sandwiched between a piece of 16 layer damascus on each side assuring greater strength and shock resistance as well as great looks. Makes an elegant addition to any dinner table.

The Corian-like handle material is both beautiful and easy to use. While it is dishwasher safe, we recommend that you never put sharp knives in a dishwasher or a sink full of water. Water and detergent driven at high speed will dull your blades and the sharp edges will damage your racks and baskets. Wash them by hand like you wash your good china and they will last a lifetime.
