A.G. Russell Knives

These letter openers are authentic reproductions of WWII standard issue military knives. Both have a non-reflective black coated carbon steel blade and stacked leather handle like the originals.

Originally a stone-headed hatchet, the steel-headed tomahawk arrived with the French fur trappers as trade goods and quickly became a prized possession of the American Indian. Many designs were in use, varying from the simple hatchet to the elaborately decorated multi-use pieces.
