J. A. Henckels has been manufacturing fine cutlery since 1731. Made in Solingen, Germany, the knives are forged, not stamped. This set includes a 6" Utility, 8" Chef's Knife, and a 4" Paring Knife. The knives are made of high carbon stainless steel. They are dishwasher safe, although, hand-washing is recommended.
