I could not choose between these two knives for the catalog, and I believe you will have a hard time deciding which to buy. Because of this, I am making a special offer of one of each knife at a lower price. Both knives are two blade folders, in outward appearance very traditional knives. In function they are not traditional at all. In each knife, both blades lock. That in itself is unusual, but the thing which makes them really different is that both blades lock with a common liner. This is the first time I have ever seen such a locking arrangement. The blades of AUS-6 are heat-treated to 55-57 Rc. and feature both nail nicks and thumb studs (for one hand opening). The handle material is a reddish colored Stamina Wood®. The bolsters are nickel silver and the liners brass.
This knife is a worker. The main blade is a 2-3/4" clip and the second blade is a 2-5/8" spey blade. The handle measures 4-1/8". A full sized everyday carry type knife. Weighs only 3.1 oz. Suggested retail $89.95.
Talk about getting the name wrong! While it is true that the blades cross when the knife is closed, this knife will never double cross the user. A great little pocketknife with a 2-3/8" clip blade and a rare 1-7/8" Wharncliffe blade with a needle point. The handle measures a scant 3-1/2", just right for dress wear. Weighs only 2.2 oz. Suggested retail $79.95
