Kershaw Groove

Kershaw® has taken knife blade grooves to another level. They've even named the knife "Groove". The blade surface will explain why. The entire blade below the grind line is machined with a unique striation pattern, possible only with modern day computerized 3-D machining equipment.

The 3-1/2" blade is Swedish Sandvik 13C26 high carbon cutlery stainless at 58-60 Rc. An extension of the ricasso serves as a finger guard when the blade is open. When the blade closes this same extension of the ricasso pivots through the back of the handle to serve as a "flipper" for quick and easy opening with a flip of the index finger. The handle is 420 stainless steel with a frame lock and G-10 overlays. Includes a three screw belt clip which is removable or adjustable for tip up or tip down carry.
