Dan Burke says that he was inspired by an IXL exhibition knife of the early 1800s with an ivory handle. This handsome, larger than life knife measures 4-1/4" closed with a 3-1/8" clip blade, 2-1/4" sheepfoot blade and a 2-1/8" spey blade, all made of BG42 at 60-61 Rc. The bolster and liners are stainless steel, the white bone scales have a steer head carved on the obverse side. This is the kind of quality that is now expected of Queen when they are producing exhibition grade knives.

Only 500 of this knife are being made. We have ordered 150 without the etch on the main blade. The other 350 have the words "Real Cattle Knife" deeply cut into the BG42 blade. If you like the idea of this great looking knife without the oversized words to take away from the beauty of the blade, buy from us. Weighs 4.5 oz. Made in the U. S. A.
