Designed by Swiss designer Philipp Beyeler, this 7" Bread knife is perfect for slicing up a loaf of sourdough or a crusty baguette. Made from high-quality high-carbon steel, the serrated blade is perfect for slicing through thick crusty loaves of bread without smashing or misshaping the bread. The non-stick coating on the blade makes it great for slicing through tomatoes also. A sheath, in a color to match the blade coating, is included to protect the blade and keep it sharp and allows knife to be stored safely in a drawer. Available in either red or black. Measures 11-3/4" overall and weighs 2.1 oz. Made in China.
