The ultra sharp 5-3/4" blade has an elegant matte black nonstick coating and granton grooves that prevents food from sticking. A sheath is included to protect the blade and keep it sharp and allows knife to be stored safely in a drawer or attached to a tool bar with the unique clip on the sheath.  Measures 10-5/8" overall and weighs 6.4 oz.  Made in China.
