Home processing is easy if you have the right tools. Outdoor Edge's new Butcher-Lite is a lightweight 8-piece field kit of the highest quality. Each knife included in the kit features full-tang blades taper ground to a razors edge from high carbon 420 stainless steel at 57-59 Rc. Ergonomic Kraton handles provide comfort and control during long use and a secure lock-on grip even when wet.

Pieces include a 3” blade Caping knife, a 4-1/4" gut hook skinner, 6” bladed boning knife, 7-1/4" wood/bone saw, ribcage spreader, tungsten carbide sharpener, game cleaning gloves all in a nylon roll-pack/belt scabbard. Roll-pack features snap in knife sheaths for easy removal and cleaning. Total weight is 2.4 lbs.
