They have taken a 150-year-old design, added a liner style lock to make it safer and a blade of VG-10 with a razor edge, to create a very fine, and easily carried personal steak knife. The 3-1/2" blade is VG-10 at 60-62 Rc. Measures 4-1/4" closed and weighs a mere 1.4 oz. The handle scales are deep black ebony pakkawood over stainless liners.
