Dan Burke says that he was inspired by an IXL exhibition knife of the early 1800s with an ivory handle. This handsome, larger than life knife measures 4-1/4" closed with a 3-1/8" clip blade, 2-1/4" sheepfoot blade and a 2-1/8" spey blade, all made of BG42 at 60-61 Rc. The bolster and liners are stainless steel and the white bone scales have a steer head carved on the obverse side. This is the kind of quality that is now expected of Queen when they are producing exhibition grade knives.
Only 500 of this knife was made. Weighs 4.5 oz. Made in the U. S. A.
