At the 2008 Blade Show® and International Cutlery Fair in Atlanta, this knife wowed the masses and was chosen by the industry as the American Made Knife of the Year®. This bold new pattern is elegant and compact, the thinnest and lightest knife in the William Henry line-up.

The frame material is remnant conductive wire from the super-collider project abandoned by the U.S. Government in the 1990's. Made from a matrix of niobium wires pulled thru a copper core, this conductive wire was to be used to move electricity in the particle accelerator. Not unexpectedly, William Henry acquired some of this material and has used EDM machining to bias cut across the pattern and reveal the fine grain of niobium against copper. Exquisite brown lip pearl scales and a 2-3/8" Herringbone stainless Damascus (58-60 Rc.) blade from Devin Thomas put this model over the top. The lock button is set with a hand cut smoky quartz. A lanyard with sterling silver bail and beads adds to the elegance. Measures 3-1/8" closed and weighs a mere 1.3 oz.

Each knife is engraved with two distinct numbers – a serial number on the blade and a limited edition number on the leading edge of the handle. (Sorry, no choice of serial number.) The numbers along with details about the knife's construction are listed on the included Certificate of Authenticity. Includes a brown ostrich ClipCase‚ and ships in a beautiful solid wood display box with a WH on the lid. Handcrafted in the William Henry Studio in Oregon. We have acquired a very small quantity and expect them to disappear quickly.
