As a part of his partnership with Queen Cutlery, knifemaker Dan Burke has selected five traditional slipjoint pocketknives to create a collection with Winterbottom Jigged Bone. This collection was introduced at the beginning of 2007. The Winterbottom pattern has a long history with Queen Cutlery. The jigging pattern was originally produced in the Winterbottom factory in Egg Harbor, New Jersey. By the 1950s, Queen was using it almost exclusively for their knife handles. In the recent past, this bone has been used only on a few series that were created for collectors. An example was their second Schatt & Morgan series released in 1992.

The blades in this series are mirror polished 12C27 stainless at 58-59 Rc. All models feature nickel sliver liners, bolsters and caps. Each knife features a Dan Burke and Queen Cutlery tang stamp. Made in the U. S. A.
