The Spyderco® Temperance II certainly fits its name. It is a study in moderation - Nothing fancy, and no Bling, just a great design combined with great materials for superb performance. The 4-7/8" leaf-shaped blade is engineered for rugged treatment. The blade steel is VG-10 stainless steel at 60-62 Rc., with a flat grind from the spine to the edge, and a distal taper from the nose to the tail of the blade. The handle is a bead-blasted mocha colored Canvas Micarta® over a skeletonized full tang. Comes complete with a Boltaron sheath with a G-Clip attachment system. Boltaron is a recycled ABS/acrylic PVC extruded alloy sheet material, with excellent impact strength, and abrasion, chemical and fire resistance properties. Measures 9-3/4" overall and weighs 6.9 oz.
