I designed the original Sting in about 1974. I sold it for a beginning price of about $35 - they now go for about $400 in The Cutting Edge. We have been working on this new Sting™ for over two years, and hope to bring you a knife in the tradition of the original Sting and Sting IA, but which is still distinct.
