Benchmade® reimagined their kitchen cutlery knives to perform wherever you need them to, whether that is in the kitchen or out in the wild. The handle scales are Richlite, a durable multi-layered fiber paper composite that has been used for over 80 years as a lightweight construction material. The color is called Maple Valley and is complemented by a black G-10 rear bolster. The blade steel is CPM-154 Stainless at 58-61Rc. with a stonewashed finish.
Each knife includes a blade guard for safe storage and easy transport from camp to kitchen. As always, please never put a sharp knife in a dishwasher or let them set in a sink full of water. Made in the U.S.A.
